Shipping details
We ship from our warehouse Monday through Friday. You'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery times vary by country:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- North America: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
Returns
If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange a return and refund you in full once we receive the item back in its original condition. Hygiene products (used litter trays, opened treats) can't be returned for health reasons.
Damaged items
On the rare occasion something arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll send a replacement straight away — no need to return the original.
